EAL has set operation bases both in Shanghai Hongqiao Airport and Pudong Airport, and now operates six cargo terminals close to apron (including customs supervised warehouse) covering total area of 1,250,000 m2. With advanced cargo and mail handling equipment, EAL is able to provide a series of standard services including cargobuildup, breakdown, storage, lightering, distribution and aircraft container management. The cargo terminal has special operation area for special cargo and special warehouse for hazardous article, refrigeration and frozen goods, valuable articles and living animals to operate and store various special cargoes; it can also provide time-limited service, extended service and value-added service, to meet various special demands of customers.
